The La Guisane residence is located at the bottom of the village of Monêtier, in the Grands Bains district and a few steps from the Pré Chabert slopes which you can quickly reach via the pedestrian path.
This three-room accommodation is organized as follows: an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, an attic furnished with two mattresses and a sink, a living room with balcony and two sofa beds for one person, an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, oven), a bathroom with WC upstairs and separate WCs.
The advantages of this vacation rental in the mountains: This large apartment is located on the first floor of the La Guisane residence, at the foot of the Grands Bains de Monetier and benefits from a clear view of the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
