The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a patio and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Beautiful, very historical country house "Les Glycines", 3 storeys. In the hamlet La Haute Court with 8 houses 6 km from the centre of La Garde Freinet, in a secluded position. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, secured (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 7 km, bar 6 km, bakery 7 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 22 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 25 km, Sainte Maxime 26 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gorges du Verdon 75 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

You can also relax, because near Les Glycines in La Garde-Freinet you can go to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
