The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

La Cadière d'Azur: Old, small single-family house "La Source", surrounded by fields and vineyards. In an elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 3.3 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 4 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr Sur Mer, 5 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near La Source in La Cadière-d'Azur you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
