Kitchen 15 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 open double bedroom 12 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Large garden. Deck chairs (6). View of the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
