Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: well-kept garden 3'900 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Roofed, parking. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 850 m, café 2 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 38 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Gorges du Blavet, Tourtour. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 48 km, Saint Cassien 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
