The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Shop 500 m, supermarket, restaurant 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in SAINT CYR SUR MER, 15 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Sainte Anne in Évenos you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
