General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 9 m2, roofed, east facing position, garden 700 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: well-kept terraced garden, 700 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.3 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 6.8 km. Sports harbour 6.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, sailing school 8 km, minigolf 7 km. There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Les Mûriers in Cogolin you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
