General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: TV only FR. Private entrance, smoke alarm. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: well-kept garden 1'300 m2 (fenced) flowers and trees, swimming pool angular, fenced (depth 110 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Shop 4.8 km, grocery 1.1 km, shopping centre 4.8 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bar 1.1 km, bakery 1.8 km, sandy beach "L'Almanarre" 7 km, rocky beach "des Pins Penchés" 2.1 km (small). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Hyères le Port. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mimosas in Carqueiranne you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
