Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Shop, grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, café 300 m, sandy beach "Peno" 2 km. Sports harbour 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Rade de Toulon 12 km, Magic World 7.2 km, jardin Olbius Riquier 10 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le port.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
