Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private: well-kept garden 2'600 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 50 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 25.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 32 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Villages perchés Pays de Fayence. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 55 km, Lac de Saint Cassien 35 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
