Les Parcs de Grimaud is part of a pedestrian area between the Maures massif and the Mediterranean. The beach is situated 500 m away and it can be reached by foot.
Labelled as a Green Key residence by the Green Key Eco-Rating Program, this Provencal-style residence, is made up of small buildings of two to three levels spread in a flowery setting.
For your leisure and comfort, at your disposal there is an outdoor swimming pool open from April to November, a playground and a volley ball court.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
