Spread over two levels, the villa consists of a beautiful living room with an open fitted kitchen opening onto a first terrace where you can relax. you will have a barbecue outside arrangement. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: the master bedroom on the ground floor opens onto a beautiful veranda. The second bedroom the lower floor opens onto a private terrace. The third and final bedroom is independent and has its own access. Please note this 3rd bedroom does not have air conditioning.
Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and its beautiful terrace.
The villa is located in a secure domain. also having a very beautiful swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, a park, a tennis court, a volleyball court and a pétanque court, all accessible within walking distance. ; foot by stairs at 5 minutes from the villa. You will have everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation with family or friends.
You will have access to the entirety of of the villa and the private swimming pool of the villa in a private manner.
The large swimming pool and the tennis court are shared with you. all residents of the estate.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
