The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

2 km from the centre of Besse sur Issoles, 17 km from the centre of Brignoles, 43 km from the centre of Hyeres, in a quiet position in the residential district. Private: well-kept garden 1'400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 11 km, shopping centre 17 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 42 km, lake Carcès (pêche) 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye de la Celle, Chutes du Caramy, Abbaye du Thoronet, Giens Iles de Proquerolles, Cassis. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Carcès (pêche uniquement) 21 km, Lac de Sainte Croix 70 km. Hiking paths: Les Maures, Parc régional de la Sainte Baume. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
