The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Beautiful single-family house. 4.5 km from the centre of Bagnols en forêt, 13 km from the centre of Fayence, 24 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, in the residential district, 18 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Blavet. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 15 km, Sainte Croix 73 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Matisse in Bagnols-en-Forêt you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
