The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a tennis court (private), a barbecue, a table tennis table and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Bath/WC, 2 showers, sep. WC. Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (12). Facilities: washing machine, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Manor house "Langevine". In the resort Thorigné d'Anjou, 28 km from the centre of Angers (Vallée de la Loire). Private: large garden 7'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool with privacy, fenced (13 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Tennis, table tennis, parking (for 5 cars). Shop 4 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach "Rivière La Mayenne (Chambellay)" 8 km, park "Isle Briand" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, riding stable 4 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
