This vast house transformed into a gîte extends over 160 m², spread over two floors, including 5 comfortable bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, and two bathrooms add a touch of practicality to your stay. Enjoy friendly moments in the living-dining room, and relax in the large private garden with terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue for memorable evenings.
In addition to these amenities, the cottage benefits from free access to all the infrastructures of Camping La Garangeoire (accessible on foot). Dive into the heated water park, have fun in the playgrounds, go on an adventure with the pedal kart circuit, or let your children have fun at the kids' club, or even enjoy the 200 hectares of woods and walking trails. Horse riding enthusiasts can also take advantage of the equestrian center, for an additional fee.
Rental prices include all consumption (water, gas, electricity) as well as access to campsite equipment. For a complete experience, additional services such as a convenience store, restaurant, takeaway and bar are available on site.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
