General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a hot tub, a sauna and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and een baby bath.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles.

In the heart of the forest, this 60m² decorated on the theme of Canada with its beautiful terrace not overlooked. Vis and its private spa welcome you for a relaxing stay.

Decorated on the theme of Canada, this 60m² can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a living room and a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker). re à filter, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all the necessary crockery, television (TNT channels), hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron).
The night area includes two bedrooms; double beds and the convertible double sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with all the garden furniture for a successful vacation (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue or electric plancha...).
The house also benefits from a private 6-seater spa (optional), in the garden.

Departure no later than 10am

The Domaine benefits from an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Pays-de-Monts national forest and just a short distance from just a few minutes from the beach.
You will be able to discover the numerous cycle paths which surround the Domaine.

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 40€ for the duration of the stay.
Bed sheets are provided
Towels are not provided. Rental of a towel kit is 5€ per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for €15.
The accommodation must be made clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed(s) unmade), refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floor washed, trash cans emptied ;es).
If you do not wish to do the cleaning, you can choose to take the end-of-stay cleaning package at your convenience. €85.
You can also request a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us at least 3 days before the intervention).

If you wish, we can upgrade it. A baby kit is at your disposal. for 15€ additional.
This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress cover), a high chair and a baby bathtub.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
