The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a patio, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

"Lilas", 1-room terraced house 22 m2. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), dining nook, kitchen corner and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position, porch. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, children's playground (swing). Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Arbour, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, sandy beach "de la Madeleine" 250 m. Sports harbour 4 km, sailing school 200 m.

There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. You can also relax, because near Lilas in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
