From Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, follow the direction of Saint Laurent sur Sèvre. In sight of the water tower, there is a large descent, arriving at the bottom, take the path on the right towards Le Domaine. Follow this path until you reach a parking lot before the dead end. Then walk to the second house on the right.
Studio for 2 people located on the banks of the Sèvre, renovated in 2021 and adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find living room/lounge (convertible sofa)/kitchen and bathroom with WC. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol). An outdoor space shared with the other gîtes is at your disposal. Three lodgings on site: H85G019981, H85G019982, H85G019984. Public parking 200m away. Electric heating included.
No washing machine.
Options: End of stay cleaning: €50/stay; Sheet rental for 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
