Located between Angers, Saumur and Cholet, this rural gîte in the heart of Anjou, recently renovated, will be ideal for exploring the Layon region.

You enter via a private terrace with parasol without any vis-à-vis. The 40m² living room adopts a very contemporary modern and industrial style. It consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining area. The convertible sofa can be used as a bed for 2 people (140cm).

Going down 3 steps, you access the night area:

- A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed
- A second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm (which can be assembled or separated according to requests). This room gives access to a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed. You will reach this additional space by a miller's ladder (sloping ceiling on both sides with a height of 2 meters at the highest).

The two bedrooms have a large storage unit (wardrobes and numerous shelves), a small desk and a door leading to the outside with shutter.

Outside, on the southwest side, you will enjoy a large covered terrace of 17m² with garden furniture, barbecue and a lawn area of ​​50m². The owners give you access to the swimming pool located in front of their house to share with the trailer.
Conditions: accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., from the end of April to the beginning of October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth from 1.10m to 1.50m. Not heated but possibility of swimming under the low shelter.

This cottage with swimming pool offers beautiful spaces depending on the time of day, choose to be sheltered or in the sun! The owners live on site in the part adjoining the gîte. The spaces dedicated to you privately are well demarcated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
