General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Garden 400 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
