General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room, window onto the courtyard with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, shower/WC, 2 sep. WC's. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 19 cm). Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position terrace, north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. (extra). Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Description of outbuilding (rooms overlooking courtyard): living room, kitchen, bedroom, shower, WC. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: property 870 m2 (fenced) with lawn, beautiful garden to relax. Terrace (60 m2), parking (for 3 cars). There is a lake/open water less than 630 meter. You can also relax, because near La Bosse XL (Villa + Dépendance) in L'Épine you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
