Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. The bedroom with the sofa bed is accessible via the terrace and has a WC/small sink (separated by a screen). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
