The salty scent coming from the ocean invades the garden planted with century-old pines on this estate. Located just 400 m from the sea and 800 m from the first beach, this Premium residence offers you an idyllic and rejuvenating setting in a residential area of Pouliguen.
The elegant white buildings with red cladding blend into the landscape. Decorated with contemporary materials and soft colors, the apartments open onto a balcony or terrace with a view of the swimming pool or gardens. As if to invite the sea air into your cocoon...
From mid-April to mid-September, you will take advantage of the good weather to take a swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe in the solarium or splash around with your little one in the paddling pool.
Take a relaxing break in the wellness area. Composed of a sauna, a jacuzzi, a sensory shower, an ice fountain and a rest area with herbal tea area, it is a complete space dedicated to relaxation.
The intrepid will head to the beach to indulge in the many water activities at Le Pouliguen. As a family, you can go on invigorating hikes or bike rides along the coast.
Here, we have thought of everything for families. Your little ones will be able to have fun in dedicated play areas.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
