Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Terraced house "La Criée". 500 m from the centre of La Turballe, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 40 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, parking space n 7 at the house at 100 m. Shop, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Port de pêche 600 m, Guérande-La Brière 8 km, Pornichet-La Baule 15 km, Le Croizic 18 km, Nantes 90 km. Hiking paths: GR34.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near La Criée in La Turballe you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
