From the center of La Garnache, head towards Sallertaine. After the level crossing, at the roundabout, take direction Sallertaine-Chateauneuf. At a place called La Voltière, continue on the D75 and turn right onto the D71 towards Chateauneuf. Go about 350 m, at a place called Mocquesouris, turn left. Go about 300 m, the lodge is on the right.
Gîte in a renovated traditional house, adjoining another gîte, located in a hamlet, close to the owner's accommodation. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bathrooms with WC, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90). Wifi. Outbuilding (tumble dryer). Private enclosed land of 500 m², gravelled terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, sun loungers). Heating included.
Optional: End of stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €12/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
