This former notary's house is located close to the village shops and a leisure area (with pond) accessible on foot, day fishing, and the town of Challans renowned for its 4 Thursdays fairs and markets. Close to the large Vendée beaches, with easy access to the Ile de Noirmoutier and the Ile d'Yeu, this gîte, adjoining another gîte, offers a large living room/lounge/dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 160 bed, 1 140 bed and 2 90 beds), a bathroom and WC. Wifi. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Baby equipment on request. Other gîte on site: L'Amelineau H85G020353. Enclosed space including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the 2 gîtes, with solar shower and toilet available, a 5-seater spa, a 60m² courtyard with ping-pong table, outdoor games and a bowling green ( Pool/spa area and exteriors accessible from May 1 to September 30). Bikes on request. The swimming pool and spa are accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels included.
In addition: Mandatory cleaning fee for professionals: €130/stay. No access to the swimming pool for professional customers. Tourist tax.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
