For shared use: swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Restaurant, bar 800 m, bakery 800 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Plage des Roches-Dorées" 300 m (small), thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, minigolf 10 km. Nearby attractions: Pornic 8 km, Planète Sauvage 28 km, Nantes 48 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 53 km, La Baule 54 km, Le Puy du Fou 134 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 30 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 7 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Port Saint-Jacques in La Bernerie-en-Retz you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
