In the centre of La Bernerie en Retz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. Parking. Supermarket 200 m, café 100 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 km, railway station "La Bernerie en Retz" 600 m, sandy beach "Plan d'Eau" 50 m, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 7 km. Nearby attractions: Marché de La Bernerie en Retz 300 m, Pornic Aventure Accrobranche 10 km, Legendia Parc 22 km, Nantes 47 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 52 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 8 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Les Tilleuls in La Bernerie-en-Retz you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
