The gîte is located at the exit of Cugand, direction Gétigné. Take the first road on the left after the Cugand/Gétigné roundabout to the place called Gaumier.
The Plessis house located in the village of Gaumier is an old building with resolutely Italian architecture previously inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers for several generations.
Today transformed into 3 adjoining gîtes, Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and Moulin à Foulon on the right, each accommodation can accommodate 8 people, within an enclosed landscaped area of 5000 m² with shared swimming pool (6x12m ) open from mid-May to the end of September. The place invites you to relax with family or friends. Each accommodation includes two private sunny terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Ground floor: living room, lounge, kitchen, toilet. Floor: 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90) (2 beds 90), shower room, bathroom, toilet. Wifi.
The location of the cottage allows access to numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing... located close to all amenities, grocery store, bakeries 500 m away, but also Clisson 2 km away, Le Puy du Fou 35 km, Nantes 40 km, Les Sables d’Olonne and the Vendée coast 85 km. The cottages are available for rental throughout the year. Heating included.

End of stay cleaning: €100/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €12/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €12/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax: €1/night/pers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
