Our charming studio is designed to provide you with the ultimate comfort during your stay. The large private terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. Imagine yourself having breakfast in the rising sun or relaxing!

Inside, you will discover a carefully furnished living area with a fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, ceramic hob, hood and microwave. You can prepare delicious meals as you wish and have a comfortable dining area to enjoy them. The cozy double bed (140 cm) promises you a well-deserved night's rest after long days spent exploring the wonders of the region.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub where you can relax and take care of yourself. You will also find toilets there for your convenience.

By staying in our residence "Les Fermes Marines", you will have access to a vast green park, perfect for peaceful walks and moments of relaxation. Take advantage of our outdoor swimming pool open from June 15 to September 30 to cool off and have fun under the bright sun. Sports enthusiasts will be delighted to be able to play tennis or pétanque on the courts provided for this purpose. Children will also have their own entertainment area with games adapted to their age.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
