Floor: Low mezzanine (ceiling height 1.65 m at highest) with relaxation area. Wifi. Landscaped land of 600 m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Port de l'Epoids oyster farming site, bird watching in the Marais 500 m away. Passage du Gois 5 km.
