The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Villa with 3 units around the swimming pool, each with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, including one unit with a large living room. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Villa "Charme de la Blancharderie", renovated in 2023. 2.7 km from the centre of Barbâtre, 14 km from the centre of Noirmoutier-en-L'Ile, in the residential district, 900 m from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated, with privacy (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 11.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.7 km, sandy beach 900 m. Nearby attractions: Le Gois 1.5 km, L'Epine-Marais Salants 13 km, Bois de la Chaize 15 km, L'Herbaudière (Port) 17 km, Challans 30 km, Nantes 74 km. Hiking paths: sentiers pedestres.

There is a lake/open water less than 900 meter. You can also relax, because near Charme de la Blancharderie in Barbâtre you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
