From Fontenay le Comte, head towards La Rochelle. At the motorway roundabout, follow Marans, do not take the 1st right (Chaix/Auzay). Take the 2nd road towards Chaix. At the Stop, go straight. At the Y junction, stay left and go 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: it is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit no. 8 then ditto above.
Old 18th century stable renovated in 2006, located on a 4 hectare property adjoining another gîte and the owners' accommodation and close to another gîte. Ground floor: kitchen/living room accessible by 2 steps, bedroom 1 (1 180 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), bathroom (bath + shower)/wc. Wifi. Private space of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Common area reserved for gîtes: lap pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking tour, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €40/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people. : 10€/bed/stay; Rental of bathroom linen: €8/person/stay; (For the 180 bed, provide 2 90 fitted sheets).
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating package: €10/day (to be paid on site).

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
