General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a patio, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin, TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom, separate WC, bath/shower and double hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 8 m2, west facing position, large terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (8), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 4 cars). Please note: suitable for families one double bedroom is outside the apartment. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, with privacy (7 x 4 m, depth 160 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 8 km, shopping centre 4.2 km, restaurant, bar 850 m, bicycle rental 4.2 km, sandy beach "Grau du Roi" 80 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Bouscarasse 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 80 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near La Romaine in Vers-Pont-du-Gard you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
