Open kitchen (mini-oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (steep stair) lounge with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Small balcony, 2 small terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer, logs (free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
