The  residence is ideally located in a lively part of central Biarritz, the St. Charles shopping area. The Grande Plage (main beach) is 300 metres away. The residence has attractive architecture, carefully designed interiors where every last detail has been considered, and top quality equipment and fittings. The reception area is extended by a beautiful wooden terrace and there is a dedicated space for children, as well as an outdoor play area. A relaxation area, extended by a terrace on the top floor, completes the facilities.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
