The residence "Le Bois de Marie" is a recent residence located at the exit of Barèges, on the banks of the Gave. Shops and thermal baths are 5 minutes away on foot. It is secured by a digital code, on 5 floors (a few steps to access certain accommodations). It has outdoor parking but no private space, some accommodations have private parking spaces or garages. Wifi is free throughout the residence. There is ski storage and the ski bus shuttle passes 50 meters from the residence.

Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.
Possibility of renting double sheets €27, single sheets €22 and towel €18.
Possibility of end-of-rental cleaning from €90.
Deposit of €260 required.

The keys are handed over at the Luz-Saint-Sauveur agency, 15 place du 8 mai 1945.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
