Nearby attractions: Canet plage 8 km, Perpignan 15 km, Collioure 30 km, Espagne 35 km, Barcelone 180 km, Andorre 200 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Villeneuve de la Raho 20 km, St Jean Plat de Corps 40 km, Gorges de Gouleyrous 42 km. Hiking paths: St Martin du Canigou 70 km, Massif du Canigou 77 km, Lac des Bouillouses 105 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Canet, 8 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Les Plages in Sainte-Marie you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
