General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a tennis court, a terrace, a table tennis table, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, bar, TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Bath/WC or shower/WC, hydro massage bath with corner bath. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 terraces, large. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (4 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. Please note that the adjoining bedroom has a toilet, which can be completely closed without being in the way and opens onto the kitchen and the outside. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Nîmes: Very modern, beautiful villa "Villa du Soleil". In the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet position in the residential district, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 54 km from the sea, 850 m from the river, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped, heated, with privacy (15 x 5 m, depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: table tennis. Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast possible (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, pedestrian zone 4 km, park "Square Agrippa d'Aubigné" 1.8 km. Sports harbour 34 km, tennis 1.4 km, riding stable 4.1 km, walking paths from the house 2.2 km, cycle lane 3.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Bouscarasse 31 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 54 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa du Soleil in Nîmes you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
