You will feel at home in this recently renovated owner's apartment, you can enjoy the splendid view of a flower garden from the room and its ideal location a few steps from Saint Pierre Cathedral in a typical quiet street "Montpellieraine".

This accommodation has been intelligently separated into 2 sections in order to benefit from a large, very bright bedroom, equipped with a flat screen television and an office area, ideal for teleworking, distance learning, revisions, etc.
The other part of the accommodation is dedicated to a spacious American kitchen fully equipped with quality equipment.

Also featuring air conditioning, it is ideal for short and long stays in summer and winter.

Montpellier is a pedestrian city. It is impossible to park in front of the apartment.

As in all the buildings in the listed historic center, there is no elevator.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
