This 36 m² apartment offers you a pleasant living room/kitchen opening onto a west-facing balcony.
The living room has a convertible corner sofa with television and DVD player, a dining area, an equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, programmable coffee maker, toaster, kettle, micro- wave, mini oven and washing machine.
In the entrance, you will also find a storage cupboard as well as a cabin bedroom with a 90cm bunk bed.

Private outdoor swimming pool accessible only from the beginning of July to the end of August.
Ski locker present in the common areas of the building.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
