This air-conditioned house, located in the Ayguades district, comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features two bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (140x190cm) and one on the first floor with two single beds (80x200cm). Pets are not allowed, and the property is non-smoking and unsuitable for electric vehicle charging. A parking space is available in front. A terrace with a table for five is perfect for outdoor dining. A swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
Located between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, in a quiet, child-friendly area, this house is ideal for a relaxing vacation. A small shopping center provides basic necessities, and several restaurants are available, some open year-round.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer), a bright, air-conditioned living room with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and closet, a bathroom with a towel dryer, and a separate toilet. The first floor (accessible by a steep staircase) has the second air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a storage cupboard, and a separate WC with a small hand-washing faucet. Optional services, payable on-site and reserved before arrival, include sheet rental (€19/person), sheet and towel rental (€23/person), and a MiniBox Wi-Fi (€39/week). Tourist tax is collected in July/August.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
