General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a table tennis table, a billiard, a terrace, a tennis court, a barbecue, a swimming pool (with children's pool and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Gallery with sloping ceilings with 4 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the forest. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

For shared use: natural state property 50 ha with trees, swimming pool angular fenced (14 x 7 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Le Pigeonnier in Gindou you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
