This pleasant, comfortably equipped pavilion with sea views is located in a secure residence with a collective swimming pool (open June 1-September 30, dates may vary) on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer. It accommodates up to six guests with two single beds in one bedroom, a double bed (140x190) in another, and sofas in the living room. Pets are not allowed. A private parking space is provided.
Located 900m from the beach and 650m from shops, this holiday home offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to amenities. A pedestrian path leads to the beach and resort center. Saint-Pierre-La-Mer boasts an 8km sandy beach and a daily market by the sea. The nearby Clape massif offers natural beauty, including the Gouffre de l'Œil Doux chasm with sea and pond views.
The pavilion features a sea-view terrace with a table and parasol and a second terrace accessible from the kitchen with a drying rack. The living room includes sofas, a TV (French and German channels), Wi-Fi, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, hotplates, toaster, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels can be rented (€19 for sheets, €23 for sheets and towels per person).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
