Gite in an old renovated farm in the medieval hamlet of Villard. The site overlooks the Lot valley on a rocky outcrop. 4 km from the A75 motorway and next to it. 5 minutes from Chanac and its shops.
Enjoy an atypical and opulent gîte in the heart of preserved nature, with its jacuzzi area (shower + WC).
You will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, vitro hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) opening onto a living room with television and a stove. ;le ààgrave; granules.
A master bedroom overlooking an enclosed garden (1 140 cm bed and private bathroom). A washing machine area and separate WC.
A mezzanine with 2 sleeping areas: on one side; 1 140 bed and the other 3 90 beds (convertible into a double bed) and a bathroom.
Wifi, electric heating, baby equipment. Private courtyard with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue, parking. Open all year round.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
