The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. Shop 150 m, supermarket 1.7 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 3 km, sandy beach "Plage du port" 500 m, diving center 150 m. Sports harbour 150 m, golf course (27 hole) 14 km, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: Plage du Racou 1.6 km, Aqualand Saint-Cyprien 8 km. Hiking paths: Les Albères 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint-Cyprien, 12 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Brigantin in Argelès-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
