Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Shower/WC. Small terrace 15 m2, large garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
