Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with TV (flat screen). Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Parking at the house. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. WIFI not available. Wine estate in operation. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
The "Castle of Karantes" is a working wine estate in the heart of the "Massif de la Clape", in the Guarrigue. 44 hectares of vines in the "Languedoc-la Clape" appellation overlooking the sea and the fine sandy beach. 4 cottages share this magical place which offers a magnificent panorama. Beautiful large working farm "Le Chais", surrounded by vineyards. Above Narbonne-plage, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
