The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a terrace, a tennis court and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Terrace 6 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage, height 185 cm, width 245 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Hiking paths: Réserve Naturelle de Camargue. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in PORT CAMARGUE, 2 km. Airfield 24 km from the property. Due to COVID-19, the residence pool is not available during the summer of 2020.

There is a lake/open water less than 350 meter. You can also relax, because near Le Mayflower in Le Grau-du-Roi you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
